The team to guide you on your Italian Food and Flavours, culinary adventures
Sit back and relax, secure in the knowledge that by booking with us you will be in safe hands. Our team is dedicated to meeting all your needs and making your culinary adventures holiday a memorable one . Everyone involved in our Italian Food and Flavours culinary adventures is either Italian or has lived here long enough to know the area and its people very well. Between us we have a range of expertise covering everything from management, hospitality and culinary skills to detailed knowledge of local produce and Italian culture.
Unlike culinary adventures holidays run by large anonymous businesses, agencies and corporations, we are real people who live work and bring up our families in this beautiful part of Italy. We know our town like you you know yours. On our culinary adventures we can show you the secrets, specialisms and delights that only locals know.
We don’t employ staff to work for us. All the people you see here are co-owners in our business. Unlike other anonymous culinary adventures holidays, you will not be “looked after“ by a graduate fresh from a hospitality course with “local knowledge” picked up from books.
We believe that hospitality, organised and run by local experts passionate about the region, is the best way to ensure you have an experience that will remain with you for many years to come
We are all looking forward to meeting you.
